ISSCO recently completed a mill equipment removal project at site for Industrial Automation Services of Pittsburgh. The project included the removal of 12 Hydraulic Roll Force Cylinders from 3 different rolling mill process lines; (1) single stand cold mill, (1) two stand cold mill and (1) three stand hot mill. In addition to the Roll Force Cylinders, ISSCO removed spray bars, shape meter rolls, hydraulic power units and valves stands, control panels and 32 work roll chocks from 16 work rolls. All equipment was prepared for long term storage, placed on skids and transported to the storage location.
